DescriptionWe are seeking a Partner Sales Manager to join our Public Sector sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships to drive incremental revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with global, regional, and national partners to generate interest in our solutions. Develop strategic initiatives that integrate our solutions into the partner's business model.
  • Sales Strategies: Collaborate with partners to create and implement sales strategies, working closely with local sales teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Partner Engagement: Understand partners’ business needs and align our solutions to create compelling market propositions. Communicate effectively with both business leaders and technical staff.
  • Partner Training: Support partners in becoming self-sufficient in marketing our joint solutions. Develop sales strategies across all solutions with assigned partners.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Manage, track, and report on key actions, results, business plans, marketing successes, and partner forecasts.
  • Travel Management: Travel selectively to meet with partners and sales teams, managing time and expenses in line with company requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Extensive background in software sales, systems integration, and channel management.
    • Proven success working with various partners in the region and achieving targets.
    • Experience in recruiting partners and generating new business.
    • Background in solution development within a software/services environment.
    • Experience with Managed Services, Digital Agencies, and ISVs is a plus.

CompensationThe base salary for this role ranges from \(120,000 to \)150,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. Our total compensation package includes competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vacation/holidays, and a company-matching 401(k) plan.
