Location: Remote, must reside within Eastern Pennsylvania

As a representative of a major storage and organization manufacturer, the Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing the growth of independent dealers serving both the single-family and multifamily markets in the NY, NJ, and PA regions. In this role, you will represent our innovative product lines and educate market members about our products, programs, and opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesExpand Partnerships: Target and secure new dealer partners.
Foster Relationships: Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with existing dealers.
Promote Quality: Advocate for our products' quality, innovation, and technology platforms, encouraging builders and owner-developers to upgrade their storage options.
Network: Build connections with single-family and multifamily owners, architects, general contractors, builders, and installing dealers in the territory to promote our products and programs.
QualificationsMinimum of three years of sales experience
Proficiency with the latest technologies, including presentation software, mobile applications, CRM, and other online tools
Willingness to travel 30-50%
Competitive, energetic, and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation, focus, and passion for selling with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to work effectively with team members and leverage influencer channels
High emotional intelligence and a Challenger Sales mentality
Capable of both business development and account management
Strategic thinker with proven tactical execution and territory planning skills
Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
