Key Responsibilities
- Personalized Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs. Offer expert advice on destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to create customized travel itineraries.
- Comprehensive Itinerary Management: Arrange all aspects of travel, including transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Client Engagement: Use effective communication and sales skills to present appealing travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals.
- Exceptional Customer Support: Provide outstanding support throughout the booking process. Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure clients have a smooth travel planning experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other relevant details.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work within the United States.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach (sales experience is a plus).
- Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; a laptop is recommended but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
