Position Available: Business Attorney (North Carolina)
Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled Business Attorney based in North Carolina to join our team. This role primarily involves providing legal support for business acquisition endeavors, including drafting Purchase Agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and other related activities.
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $27.47 - $33.08 per hour
Expected Hours: 3 hours per week
ScheduleOn-call basis
Work Location: Remote
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth business acquisition processes.
Draft and review Purchase Agreements and other legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal due diligence to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Provide timely and accurate legal advice to support business decision-making.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address legal concerns and provide guidance.
RequirementsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
Proven experience in business law, particularly in business acquisitions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
