This role involves building and guiding a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs), focusing on providing exceptional post-sales support for our largest enterprise customers. Your goal will be to ensure that use cases are implemented smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Manage and grow a diverse team of Delivery Solution Architects. Provide coaching, support, and career development to help your team achieve their goals and drive usage growth.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute the post-sales strategy for your region, collaborating closely with sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams, as well as key partners.
Customer Focus: Act as a technical sponsor and thought leader for select customers. Prioritize customer needs, understand their goals, and drive use case adoption and success.
Team Management: Oversee account assignments, distribute work, and ensure optimal coverage and balance within the team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Sales, Solution Architects, and other internal teams. Partner with them to accelerate customer growth and address any issues or blockers.
Process Improvement: Contribute to improving internal processes, drive operational rigor, and lead programs that make a significant impact across the organization.
Hiring and Development: Maintain a robust pipeline for hiring and ensure your team stays ahead of technical advancements and certification goals.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 10 years in a customer-facing technical role with a proven track record in SaaS technologies, including data analytics, data warehousing, data engineering, ETL, machine learning, AI, or data science.
Leadership: At least 2 years of experience building and leading technical pre/post-sales teams is preferred. Strong skills in hiring, onboarding, and enabling team members.
Technical Expertise: Ability to advise on best practices for architecture discussions, use case deployments, and customer growth strategies.
Customer-Centric Approach: A trusted advisor to technical executives with a focus on understanding customer needs and guiding strategic decisions.
Positive Impact: Proven ability to create a positive team morale, collaborate effectively with internal partners, and drive successful customer outcomes.
Versatility: Experience in deploying data products into production and familiarity with the big data challenges and use cases across different industries.
