We're seeking a passionate Senior ERP Consultant to join our growing, remote team! In this role, you'll take the lead on exciting projects, guiding clients from design and implementation to training and support. You'll leverage your deep expertise in food & beverage ERP solutions to help businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals.

ResponsibilitiesLead medium to large projects or participate in teams of various sizes.
Gather client requirements, design solutions, and recommend best practices.
Oversee project design and implementation, managing team members (as project lead).
Develop and test user stories, documentation, and training materials.
Support pre-sales activities, including demos and RFP responses.
Achieve or exceed client work hour targets.
RequirementsStrong consulting and client-facing skills with a focus on building trust.
Proven experience as a consultant/project manager with a minimum of 5 successful ERP implementations.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision, or experience as a BC/NAV superuser with additional consulting experience.
Accounting Background Preferred (controller/CFO Experience a Plus).Self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
Strong technical skills and Excel proficiency; experience with databases/APIs a plus.
Food industry experience a plus.
Excellent pre-sales skills and willingness to participate in pre-sales calls.
College degree in a relevant field (accounting, finance, MIS, CS, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Approximately 25% travel required.
