Join a leading Human Resources consulting firm in a dynamic remote role as an HR Associate Consultant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives through data-driven HR risk management solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAffirmative Action Planning: Develop comprehensive Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) tailored to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Regulatory Guidance: Provide expert advice on affirmative action laws and compliance requirements, including Executive Order 11246 and other relevant statutes.
Data Analytics: Conduct advanced statistical analyses to support affirmative action initiatives, utilizing tools like multiple regression and statistical tests.
Client Collaboration: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions on affirmative action laws, EEOC reporting, and OFCCP audit readiness for client stakeholders.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in EEO and affirmative action through professional development activities.
Required QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Bachelor's) or 1 year (Master's) of experience in developing Affirmative Action Plans.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of federal EEO and affirmative action laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HRIS and ATS data files is advantageous.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
