Job OverviewWe are seeking a Remote/Hybrid Legal Intake Specialist II who is fluent in Spanish to join our established team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment.
Assist clients with opening and updating legal intakes in our computer system, ensuring accurate coding and timely communication with appropriate parties.
Maintain firm standards of courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.
RequirementsFluent in Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior work experience required; customer service experience preferred.
Strong keyboard and computer skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette with clear communication and good grammar.
Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
Must reside in Tarrant County, Texas, or contiguous counties.
Remote Work RequirementsAbility to connect via sound and camera for remote work periods.
High-speed internet connection.
Dedicated workspace free from background noise, distractions, and interruptions.
