Lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Participate in the full lifecycle of business development, from opportunity identification to post-submission activities.
Act as the "voice of the customer" throughout the capture process, ensuring our proposals meet and exceed client expectations.

Proven leadership experience, preferably in a mission-focused environment.
Strong strategic acumen and the ability to translate vision into action.
Familiarity with federal proposal processes and execution.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred.10 years of progressive experience in IT or related fields.
