First and foremost, we value exceptional communication skills, both with clients and colleagues. We seek individuals who can work independently while also being effective team players, with at least one to two years of industry experience.

Experience in IT Managed Services, Remote Network Monitoring, Active Directory, server management, upgrades and migrations, and IT Security is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting and supporting Information Technology hardware, software, and network systems for small to mid-sized clients (5-50 person environments).
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support for technical issues involving Microsoft's core software and virtual environments built on VMware, Citrix, and/or Microsoft platforms.
Support services for Microsoft-related server technologies such as Windows Server and Exchange.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Work through daily schedules established by a Dispatcher/Service Coordinator.
Provide essential IT troubleshooting support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and Citrix.
Create clear and concise documentation, including system reviews and recommendations.
Communicate progress and notify clients and colleagues of impending changes or agreed outages.
Additional ResponsibilitiesProactively assist clients in understanding and resolving issues to minimize future occurrences.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Keep clients informed of progress and any upcoming changes or agreed outages.
Escalate service issues as necessary.
Develop a deep understanding of the service catalog and its alignment with client needs.
Document internal processes and procedures.
Accurately enter time and expenses into our ticketing system.
Follow daily schedules in our ticketing system established through the Service Coordination process.
Understand ticketing system processes through assigned training materials.
QualificationsIdeal candidates have at least two years of experience supporting a Microsoft Windows Environment and are seeking a challenge.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 2-3 years in the industry).
Professional IT Certifications (or progress toward) are a plus, such as Microsoft, VMware VCP, Apple, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA.
Capable of resolving clients' technical issues via telephone, remote support, and in-person.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to maintain composure in critical situations with concerned clients.
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
Client satisfaction-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and the role of technology in delivering IT services.
Excellent typing skills for accurate entry of service request details and documentation.
