Role Summary OutcomesEnsure seamless functionality of our headquarters office, creating a professional and welcoming environment for our team and guests. Foster a cohesive workplace through comprehensive support for our internal team. Develop and maintain operational systems that enhance efficiency and output quality. Lead and manage projects and events, exceeding established goals. ResponsibilitiesHQ Office Operations: Manage all aspects of HQ office operations, including maintenance, security, supplies, and event preparation. Handle printing, shipping, and client packet assembly. Track expenditures and manage purchase requests. Provide basic technological support and troubleshoot issues independently or with remote support. Internal Team SupportAssist with travel arrangements, meal coordination, and purchase requests. Administer onboarding tasks for new team members. Help develop team culture initiatives and organize team-building activities. Coordinate meetings and distribute internal communications effectively. Process Development And Project ManagementDevelop and implement operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Establish standards and protocols and document operational policies. Support company-wide project management activities, including monitoring timelines and updating stakeholders. Event CoordinationPlan and manage HQ office events, ensuring all logistical needs are met. Own the quarterly conference event portfolio, managing budgets and venue logistics effectively. Required SkillsAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution. Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities. Leadership and people management skills. Experience in event planning and office management. CompensationFull-Time Position with Competitive salary based on experience. Opportunity for bonuses based on performance. Time AvailabilityExpected in-office typically Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility and occasional remote work options.
