ResponsibilitiesStablecoin Issuance Management: Oversee the issuance and redemption of stablecoins, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulations.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Risk Management: Implement robust risk management procedures to mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with service providers to ensure quality and adherence to agreements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to support product development and implementation.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Technology Integration: Work with the tech team to integrate processes seamlessly and identify opportunities for optimization.
Customer Support: Oversee customer support, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and building strong relationships with users.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency.
Strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
