About The RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll spearhead the implementation of a state-of-the-art legal case management solution. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders from various agencies, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and drive success.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Understanding and Planning
Dive deep into agency briefings to grasp user needs and business requirements.
Work closely with staff to document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the evaluation and selection of a new legal case management system.
Phase 2: Implementation and Training
Partner with the selected vendor to implement the software and conduct end-user training.
Develop policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure seamless adoption.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support.
Phase 3: Evaluation and Optimization
Continuously evaluate the system post-implementation, identifying opportunities for improvement.
