### Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Project Manager. This role involves leading the successful deployment of multifaceted projects for our clients from inception to completion. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, each varying in complexity, budget, and timelines, ensuring that all are delivered according to specifications, on time, and within budget.
### Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale website deployments simultaneously, showcasing a proven track record of success.
• Utilize project management software for internal and client-facing schedules and overall project communication.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, assets, and organization, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and deliverable dates.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of web design and development technologies.
• Effectively translate client objectives into project goals and assignments for design and development teams.

### Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or leading project teams.
• Project management certification(s) are a plus.
• Experience managing projects with varying complexity, budgets, time constraints, and within multiple software systems throughout all project phases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Proven ability to leverage team resources collaboratively in a matrixed environment to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Understanding of website analytics and optimization strategies.
