A leading technology firm with 15 years of specialization in IT Staffing, in partnership with the State of Georgia, is seeking a Sr. ERP HCM Project Manager.
Pay Rate: $125 W2 hourly or $140 hr 1099
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 12 month-long project
Location: Local candidates preferred, remote work available
Scope Of The ProjectUnder general supervision, drive the successful management of HCM-related technical implementations, process improvement efforts, and business enhancement projects.
As the Sr. HCM Project Manager, you will oversee strategy, planning, management, and completion of projects supporting Human Resources functionality within the core ERP solution and ancillary applications. Collaborate with state agencies and vendors to define project scope, manage roles, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
While local candidates are preferred, remote work options are available for out-of-state candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement initiatives and IT projects to enhance productivity, quality, and employee experience.
Develop project plans, identify HCM business requirements, and manage project schedules and activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, implementation plans, and schedules in collaboration with project managers, experts, and business partners.
Prepare stakeholder communications, project artifacts, and financial evaluations, managing change controls and issue escalations.
Champion organizational improvement opportunities and advocate for change.
Oversee HCM Technology projects with a focus on customer experience and successful operational transition.
Required Skills And ExperienceExperience managing HCM on ERP Cloud Solutions (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, SAP S4/HANA).
Proficiency in project management tools, Agile methodology, and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex messages clearly.
Eligibility for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Preferred QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Online, and Visio.
Prior experience in state government settings and ERP Cloud environments.
Certification such as PMP and 8 years of related experience.
