ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, your duties will include:
Leading, coordinating, and executing multiple solution requirement tasks to improve facility operations and management.
Providing technical consultation on IWMS software, including detailed analysis of customer requirements and business processes.
Configuring IWMS systems to align with operational procedures and ensuring thorough application testing and support.
Managing end-to-end project implementation, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Developing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation plans.
Cultivating relationships with internal team members and external clients.
Staying abreast of technology and industry trends relevant to the role.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.
2-5 years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
Solid grasp of project planning and management.
Proficiency in interpreting user needs and writing functional specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of facilities management technology is a plus.
