Role Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing brokerage services to our clients.
Role Responsibilities & Expectations
- Participate in our comprehensive virtual training program.
- Manage daily pipeline activities through our customizable software.
- Conduct outbound call activities, aiming for at least 65 calls per day.
- Utilize our protected database for client contacts.
- Deliver custom presentations to clients showcasing value.
- Effectively manage client expectations and negotiations.
- Profound understanding of commercial real estate and negotiation principles.
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and communication.
- Professional demeanor in phone and email communications.
- Self-motivated with strong internal drive.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Track record of success, whether professionally or in other areas such as athletics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or an honorable military discharge (DD-214).
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: $1.00 - $500,000.00 per year (Commission Based)
