DescriptionJoin our New Member Enrollment Sales team and make a real difference in people's lives by helping them navigate their financial journeys. You'll play a crucial role in guiding our members towards the best solutions for their needs, including debt resolution and personal or home loans. Work from HomeWe offer work-from-home options for candidates in the Boise, ID metro area. A high-speed internet connection is required for this role.
Start DateSeptember 30th, 2024
ShiftsIncludes working one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Hours8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (MDT).
What You'll Do
  • Engage with warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer; experience with high-volume dialing (70-100 calls) is a plus.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to educate potential members about our debt resolution program, address their concerns, and close sales, typically in 1-2 calls.
  • Complete applications, pull credit reports, gather necessary documents, and collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with members.
What You'll Bring
  • At least 1 year of successful call center sales experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience making outbound calls to warm leads.
  • A strong understanding of consultative sales processes and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • The ability to think on your feet and approach each interaction with empathy.
  • Effective time and database management skills to meet metrics and goals.
  • A competitive spirit and a drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Total Compensation\(65,000 to \)100,000 annually, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits. This range represents expected earnings for this role.
