Role OverviewAs the Director of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in steering the long-term success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop our sales department, driving growth through strategic planning and effective management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and empower our sales team to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Revenue to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the real estate sales cycle, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between the sales department and other teams.
  • Drive contract negotiations to secure favorable outcomes and expedite sales closures.
  • Customize presentations and marketing efforts to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds revenue targets set by the VP of Revenue.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com, NetSuite CRM, and Salesforce Certification are a plus.
  • Realtor Certified Executive and CMLX Certification desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Possess a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop client-focused solutions and differentiate our offerings.
  • Understanding of competitive positioning and market trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating and realigning sales teams.
