The Role
As a Real Estate Investment Advisor, you will focus on cultivating relationships with local investors in Florida. Your responsibilities will include identifying lucrative investment opportunities and facilitating wholesale property transactions. This role offers hands-on experience in analyzing investment deals and networking with key stakeholders in Central Florida.
Compensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive, performance-based compensation structure with earning potential ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 in your first year. Enjoy benefits such as flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely.
Ideal Candidate

• Enthusiasm for real estate investing
• Experience in cold calling, inside sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work 8:30 AM to 5 PM with reliable transportation
• Valid Florida Real Estate License
