The Role
As a Real Estate Investment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our Florida investor outreach initiative. Your primary focus will be cultivating new relationships with local investors and assisting them in achieving their investment objectives. Our acquisition team identifies top investment opportunities for investors to purchase as wholesale investment properties. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of analyzing and sourcing profitable deals in Central Florida, all while building meaningful connections with investors.
CompensationOur performance-based compensation structure offers realistic earning potential ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 in the first year.
The Ideal Candidate

• Enthusiasm for real estate investing
• Previous experience in cold calling, inside sales, appointment setting, and customer service
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills (Bilingual abilities are a plus!)
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, Microsoft Office, and other social media platforms
• Ability to work from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with reliable transportation
• Valid Florida Real Estate License
