**Job Overview**
Join a renowned Health and Life Insurance Brokerage firm as a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent. This role is essential in understanding client needs, fostering relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions. You will assist clients in navigating their options and addressing their concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**

• Interact with clients to accurately assess their health insurance needs and preferences.
• Supply comprehensive product information and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
• Tailor insurance plans based on individual client consultations.
• Identify and seize sales opportunities while promoting additional products or services.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Required Skills**

• Demonstrated sales and customer service capabilities, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in inbound call centers, sales, or customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Completion of a 4-hour Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Certification prior to training is necessary.

**Certifications & Experience**

• An active Arkansas Health/Life Insurance license is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience selling healthcare marketplace plans is preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain Non-Resident State licenses, with expenses covered by the employer.

**Additional Requirements**

• Ability to perform desk work and use a computer for extended periods.
• Good visual focus and concentration are needed when working on screens.

**Technology Requirements**

• A minimum internet speed of 6Mbps is required.
• A headset with a built-in microphone is needed for effective communication.
