ResponsibilitiesAs an Inside Regional Sales Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities by building relationships with potential Third-Party Origination (TPO) clients across the country. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Utilizing our customer relationship management system (CRM) to engage effectively with TPO clients and foster new business development. Participating in the onboarding and training of new client LOs and processors. Maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Addressing concerns promptly and striving for quick resolutions to uphold our company's stellar reputation. Proactively gathering contact information for prospective LOs, processors, and broker-owners. Conducting daily outreach to prospects via various channels such as calls, emails, texts, and social media. Leveraging business intelligence/analytics to gain insights into client preferences. Utilizing marketing, CRM, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and product offerings. Providing regular progress reports to senior leaders. QualificationsWe're looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage sales, preferably as an Account Executive. Strong presentation skills for phone and virtual meetings. Proficiency in market research, sales, and negotiation. Familiarity with mortgage products and guidelines, with the ability to quickly grasp our offerings. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to dedicate significant time to prospecting and cold-calling.
