About The RoleAs an Inside Sales Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business by building relationships with prospective Third-Party Origination (TPO) clients across the country. This position can be performed remotely in most U.S. states. Key Responsibilities
Effectively use our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to engage with TPO clients and facilitate new business development.
Participate in onboarding and training for new client Loan Officers and processors.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Address complaints promptly, aiming for swift resolutions to uphold our strong reputation.
Proactively gather contact information for prospective Loan Officers, processors, and broker-owners.
Conduct daily outreach to prospects through cold calls, emails, texts, and social media.
Utilize business intelligence and analytics to enhance client insights.
Leverage marketing, CRM, and social media platforms to boost brand visibility and product offerings.
Regularly report prospecting progress to senior leaders.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years of mortgage sales experience as an Account Executive is required.
An existing book of business is preferred.
Strong presentation skills for phone and virtual meetings.
Proficient in market research, sales, and negotiation techniques.
Familiarity with mortgage products and guidelines, with the ability to quickly grasp our offerings.
An outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
A willingness to dedicate significant time to prospecting and cold-calling.
A team player with a passion for business development and client satisfaction.
