### Job Description Summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Lending Division as a Lending Support Analyst. In this role, you'll research, coordinate, and implement lending products, analyze processes to enhance efficiency, and ensure our systems meet operational requirements. You'll also play a key role in testing software updates, resolving issues, and providing meaningful data analysis to support our lending operations.
### Job Description
#### Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer Consumer Loan Offer Software: Oversee file creation, transfers, campaign launches, and maintenance. Conduct software testing and provide user support for the platform.
  • Maintain and Support Applications: Manage applications such as CuneXus and CUBUS, ensuring they function optimally.
  • Perform Data Analysis: Execute database queries to retrieve loan data, prepare loan activity reports, and create ad-hoc reports based on statistical analysis.
  • Project Management: Assist with the research, development, and implementation of lending projects, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and vendors.
  • Provide User Support: Answer questions from retail staff regarding procedures and system updates, and troubleshoot a variety of system issues.
  • Develop Test Plans: Create scenarios, test scripts, and cases for new products and software releases, ensuring all requirements are met and documenting results.
  • Coordinate Software Updates: Work with the Technology Division to test and release software updates related to lending functions.
  • Enhance Automation: Collaborate with vendors to develop enhancements that increase automation and improve productivity.
  • Draft Procedures: Assist in creating and revising procedures for consumer loan processes and internal departmental processes.
  • Conduct Training: Prepare training plans, materials, and user documentation, and conduct user training as needed.
  • Administer FICO Program: Manage the FICO Open Access credit score program, including file creation and quarterly reviews.
  • Specialized Data Entry: Prepare documents and reports, update computer records and databases.
  • Form Development: Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure forms comply with regulations, and coordinate their release and utilization.

### Education/Experience
#### Minimum Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Required: 1 year of experience in user support, testing, and related functions for business applications.
  • Preferred: 1 year of lending experience and knowledge of consumer, business, and real estate loan policies, procedures, and regulations.
