Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties
- Offer expert advice to sellers and buyers to ensure transactions occur under favorable terms
- Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide tailored solutions
- Facilitate negotiations and advise on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and more
- Maintain accurate listings of available properties and stay updated on fair housing regulations
- Showcase properties to potential buyers or renters through various channels
- Utilize advertisements, open houses, and listing services to promote properties effectively
- Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate law, property management, and administrative processes
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
