Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and video editing, across all social media channels.
  • Foster community engagement and growth through proactive social media management.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
  • Design email templates for campaigns and newsletters.
  • Utilize various systems and software to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Brand off-plan property videos, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update website content as needed.
  • Develop landing pages for projects and events as required.
  • Produce compelling designs for digital and printed media based on creative briefs, often under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptualize and execute visuals that effectively communicate engaging stories.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate in creative strategy sessions to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, manage quotes, and ensure quality control and project deadlines are met.
  • Stay updated on design trends and recommend best practices.
  • Manage and organize the creative design file library for easy access.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including video editing and animation skills.
  • Mastery of Google Suite products, particularly Google Slides for creating presentations.
  • Experience in producing social media graphics and templates.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing typography and layout skills.
  • Expertise in document preflighting and print production processes.
  • Experience in event, photo, and video production.
  • Familiarity with event branding and large format graphics.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to take direction and deliver revisions promptly.
  • Skilled in providing and incorporating creative feedback.
  • Ability to anticipate project needs and build effective relationships with colleagues and vendors.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Canva, Brandfolder, Trello, or Monday.com is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or similar software for motion graphics.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D rendering programs or ability to create mockups in Photoshop.
  • Coding and HTML experience is a plus.
