What You'll Do

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce visually compelling graphics across various marketing channels, including flyers, ads, brochures, and custom requests. This also involves digital design for online platforms and websites.
• Branding: Ensure consistent brand representation across all materials, aligning with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, loan officers, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools to create polished visual content.
• Feedback Incorporation: Adapt designs based on feedback from managers and team members to refine outputs and meet business objectives.

What You Need

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in graphic design, ideally within the mortgage or real estate sector.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
