We are seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at a growing mortgage brokerage. This position can be based remotely or at our office in North Hollywood.

- Comprehensive in-house marketing resources, including a dedicated team for content creation and digital marketing strategies
- Access to our state-of-the-art Video Recording Studio for creating promotional content
- Custom CRM and Agent App for efficient workflow management
- Ongoing training, particularly in Hard Money and Conventional/Non-QM loans, if needed
- Active NMLS License
- Proficiency in Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
- Experience with Hard Money lending is advantageous
- DRE License (desirable but not required)
- Educate clients on our loan products and services
- Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process
- Conduct thorough reviews of client financials to ensure loan eligibility
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the loan process
