F5 Mortgage is expanding rapidly and seeking driven Loan Officers to join our team. As an LO at F5 Mortgage, you'll benefit from live inbound leads, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
Responsibilities

• Convert live inbound leads into closed loans with exceptional customer service.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Assess clients' financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.
• Collaborate closely with underwriters, processors, and team members to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Stay updated on mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
• High integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• State licensure to originate loans (preferred).
