As an Asset Data Trustee, you'll play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and maintaining a robust asset-level data model to meet business needs across Asset Management, Fund Operations, and Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data objects, attributes, and validation rules for the global real estate equity data platform.
- Ensure data integrity from source to destination, working with internal and external data teams and front-end application developers.
- Monitor and enhance data quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Present data models strategically within the organization and support user needs through effective data socialization.
- Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to curate and present asset data for organizational requirements.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in data governance within financial services.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, capture user requirements, and communicate effectively.
- Strong execution skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in Real Estate Equity data analytics or accounting, including knowledge of real estate datasets common in investment management.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with extensive data analysis experience.
