About The RoleAs a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our investors. You'll become well-acquainted with the unique needs of your portfolio, execute tasks at the highest level, and ensure optimal performance. Your role involves managing complex and evolving challenges, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and top-notch communication skills. You will oversee various aspects of the business, including leasing, repairs, resident services, and accounting, ensuring smooth operations. Collaborating with other departments and serving as a liaison between investors and our team, you will contribute significantly to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio aligned with investors' evolving goals and objectives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to investors.
  • Resolve complex issues, addressing the root causes to prevent recurrence, while managing investor expectations.
  • Utilize proprietary technology and centralized teams to systematically organize, schedule, and execute tasks.
  • Proactively create and follow up on tasks for team members to ensure satisfactory completion.
  • Build strong virtual relationships with other departments.
  • Embrace innovation by testing new software, processes, and organizational changes, providing actionable feedback.
  • Discuss and cross-sell our real estate products as needed.
  • Oversee Onsite Managers at properties with sixteen or more apartments, ensuring effective property management.
  • Assist investors with the purchase and sale of income properties.
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in operations, real estate, customer service, or account management.
  • Prior experience in property management, cost management, or revenue management is a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy.
Location
This role is remote within the Greater Atlanta Area.
Compensation
  • $70,000 annually, with potential adjustments based on experience and location.
  • Eligible for a performance-based bonus.
Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area a minimum of 10% of the time.
  • Possible travel for training and offsite events.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
