Job Purpose/SummaryAs a Property Manager with our team, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of investment properties, both commercial and residential. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, directing staff, handling tenant relations, rent collection, emergencies, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant screening. A strong understanding of fair housing laws, lease terminations, and eviction processes is essential.

Essential Functions
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Manage a portfolio of 250-350 properties, considering property quality, unit density, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate within a team environment alongside an assistant Property Manager and other team members.
- Focus on maximizing client returns while ensuring company revenue and margin objectives are met.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for resident issues.
- Manage tenant collections, lease renewals, and owner receivables.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Real Estate License preferred but not required.
- Minimum of two years' experience in property management.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Rent Manager, Propertyware, Showmojo).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, exercise judgment, and take initiative.
