Our typical schedule for this position is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT.
What You'll DoAs a valued member of our team, you'll provide essential support to our Managing & Senior Directors, President, and CFO. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, lodging, and company events
  • Handling basic computer applications and inputting data into our CRM
  • Managing calendars and expense reports
  • Screening and responding to telephone inquiries
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and event preparation
  • Maintaining various records and filing systems
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings and events
What We're Looking ForIf you have some or all of the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong ethical values
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to seek out answers
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
