Job OverviewWe are looking for licensed REALTORS and Real Estate Agents interested in obtaining or currently holding their Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License to join our dynamic team. As a dual licensed Realtor/MLO, you will enjoy the benefits of earning commissions from both real estate and mortgage transactions, resulting in a 20-40% increase per transaction. Additionally, there's an opportunity to earn passive income by referring other Realtors to our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Serve real estate clients with professionalism and integrity.
- Originate mortgage loans and guide clients through the loan process.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the transaction.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable loan products.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Work in partnership with loan officers to ensure seamless transactions.
- Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Effective negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and regulatory compliance.
