Position OverviewAs a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our lead generation team, contributing to our mission by identifying and qualifying warm leads for our Acquisition Closers. You'll engage with potential property sellers through outbound calls, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
ResponsibilitiesCold Calling and Lead Generation:
  • Make 100-120 outbound cold calls daily to potential property sellers.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet engagement requirements.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of warm leads through proactive follow-up and nurturing processes.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up with qualified leads within 24 hours.
Lead Qualification And Handoff
  • Identify and qualify 5-10 potential leads daily based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule 2-3 appointments daily for the Acquisition Closer, aiming for 50 monthly.
  • Conduct thorough follow-up calls to nurture leads and escalate warm prospects.
Data Management And Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using GoHighLevel CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on call activities, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of lead information within the CRM.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken; Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in caller roles and confidence in communicating with potential sellers.
  • Real estate knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Trello, or similar CRM software.
Compensation$5 - $10 per hour
