Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with investment property buyers
- Qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
- Skillfully overcome objections and negotiate purchase contracts
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions in our database
- Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Quick decision-making ability with a focus on win/win solutions
- Preferred knowledge in real estate and/or investment
- Previous sales experience, particularly in phone sales, is advantageous
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate with a hunger for success
- Open-minded, teachable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment
