Position: Dispositions Agent
Compensation: Up to 25% of the Assignment Fee
Responsibilities
Pay: $55,210.00 - $75,507.00 per year
Experience Level: 2 years
Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
Work Location: Remote

Position: Dispositions Agent
Compensation: Up to 25% of the Assignment Fee
Responsibilities
- Buyer Acquisition: Identify and engage VIP buyers to expand our network. Build and maintain a robust buyer's list.
- Property Analysis: Assist in comparing properties (comps) to determine competitive offers.
- Collaboration with Field Agents: Coordinate with on-site agents to obtain property documentation.
- Property Showings: Organize and manage property viewings for prospective buyers.
- Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies via email, social media, and real estate platforms.
- Negotiation: Handle buyer inquiries and negotiations to ensure favorable sale prices.
- Client Relations: Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and partners, offering exceptional service throughout transactions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate dispositions, sales, or related fields.
- Strong network of VIP buyers and investors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in market analysis and property comparables.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales techniques.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
- Competitive compensation with up to 25% of the assignment fee.
