Responsibilities
- Conduct reconciliation of financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading technology.
- Assist and support clients in effectively utilizing our software to manage their real estate investments.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on optimizing their use of our platform.
- Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software capabilities and updates to provide informed support to clients.
- Passion for enterprise technology, finance, and real estate.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment with the motivation to develop your career.
- Strong follow-through skills.

- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, or Finance.
