Additionally, you will be tasked with nurturing relationships with leads who may not initially qualify, fostering connections that could lead to future opportunities. Compensation$20,000 - $55,000 (Projected Annual Earnings) ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification:
Handle incoming leads from various marketing channels.
Initiate outbound calls to gather pertinent information and assess interest in selling properties.
Lead Database Management
Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring accurate and detailed records of property details, timelines, and motivations.
Appointment Setting
Evaluate leads based on established criteria to determine eligibility for further engagement.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to assess and potentially close deals.
Communication And Follow-Up
Engage leads through effective phone and email communication to establish rapport and gather additional information.
Implement strategic follow-up procedures to nurture relationships and gauge ongoing interest.
Collaboration With Sales Team
Coordinate with the sales/closing team, providing comprehensive information on qualified leads for seamless transition and closure.
Reporting
Generate regular reports on lead management activities, including contact metrics, qualification status, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in real estate or sales-related roles is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and connections.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
