Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional and global leaders to develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize opportunities and deliver value.
  • Lead initiatives to improve real estate processes, reduce costs, and enhance space utilization.
  • Develop and present real estate business cases, considering regional requirements and global strategies.
  • Proactively manage the real estate portfolio, including lease administration, acquisition, disposition, and space optimization.
  • Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Manage external relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize space usage and dispose of surplus assets.
  • Lead the selection and negotiation of new office spaces, managing the design, construction, and move process.
  • Provide leadership and support to internal teams and external vendors involved in real estate projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of lease and management information, supporting ongoing lease administration.
  • Align real estate solutions with workplace services, facility management, design standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations to enhance regional, national, and global real estate metrics and practices.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in real estate and corporate real estate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of execution and stakeholder management.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to understand the impact on P&L.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organized self-starter with exceptional management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
