- Host open houses and coordinate related events
- Prepare comprehensive market analyses to accurately assess property values
- Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures and best practices
- Verify and disclose pertinent property information to clients
- Manage property-related tasks and facilitate smooth operations
- Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance property visibility
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Some travel required for property viewings and client meetings
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, and transaction processes
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Exceptional negotiation abilities to secure favorable deals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided for suitable candidates
- Flexibility in work hours, including some remote work opportunities
