List and sell residential real estate properties
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Host open houses and organize other events
Prepare comprehensive market analyses to determine property values
Educate clients on fundamental real estate procedures
Verify and communicate property details to clients
Assist in property management tasks
Manage social media presence
Follow up with clients promptly
Perform occasional driving tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields preferred
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to establish strong relationships with clients
Proficient negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt; training provided if no prior experience
Flexible schedule; some remote work available, but occasional office presence required
