Acquisitions Sales Specialist

Prior experience in real estate acquisitions or sales is a bonus but not required. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities

• Make 50-75 outbound calls per day (not cold calls)
• Focus on driving value to homeowners beyond price
• Attend all scheduled appointments set by our Lead Managers
• Reach out to hot/warm leads via outbound calls
• Build strong rapport with prospects and clients to address objections and close deals
• Utilize CRM daily to track interactions and monitor the sales process
• Respond promptly to all leads to keep business moving forward
• Follow up and nurture relationships with homeowners to facilitate property sales
• Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone skills
• Previous phone sales experience is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-starter mentality

Compensation

• OTE: $100,000
