### Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with potential buyers, discussing the pros and cons of various homes.
  • Property Showings: Once licensed, show properties to buyers and highlight the features and benefits of homeownership.
  • Transaction Management: Maintain transaction documents in the client database and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Marketing Support: Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts to build our brand.
  • Fieldwork: Assist with property listings by taking measurements, photos, and installing signs.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness.
### Ideal Candidate:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Enjoy helping people and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Be extremely thorough and have a knack for paperwork processes and database management.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Have basic knowledge of real estate paperwork or be willing to learn.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
  • Availability: Some availability in the evenings and weekends.
### Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
  • Bonuses: Monthly bonuses available (ask about our '10 ways to make money'!).
### Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Working towards or possessing a real estate license
