Your RoleAs a Real Estate Title Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our team by managing the legal and real estate aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Ordering, reviewing, and analyzing title commitments and surveys.
Identifying solutions to title issues and drafting necessary documents.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain approvals and signatures.
Ensuring accurate and timely landowner payments.
Maintaining databases and tracking title statuses.
Supporting project teams through closings and other tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a candidate who brings a combination of skills and experience to the table, including:
A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in real estate development or a relevant field.
Experience in land acquisitions and familiarity with legal documents.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of renewable energy is a plus.
