Position ProfileWe're excited to welcome a Regional Director to our team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our brand into the Florida market. You'll manage your own portfolio while driving growth, operations, and profitability in your region. Your leadership will be key in boosting loan production, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You and your team will use your expertise to find the best loan programs at the most competitive rates for our clients. Responsibilities
Drive regional loan production to align with our goals and targets.
Lead, support, and mentor a team of loan officers.
Conduct ongoing training sessions for loan officers and branch staff.
Review performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team.
Keep the team informed about new loan programs, terms, and rates to better serve clients.
Guide loan officers on company policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and ensure timely closings.
Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and privacy.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate guidance.
Engage in business development activities, networking events, and community initiatives to boost visibility and create new business opportunities.
What You Need To Be Successful
Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to operate in Florida.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in leading high-performance sales teams in the mortgage industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools is preferred.
NMLS licensing as required.
