Position OverviewAs a Regional Manager at our company, you will oversee a diverse portfolio, lead a sales team, cultivate vendor relationships, and implement strategies to optimize Net Operating Income. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in driving property performance, enhancing resident satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve optimal Net Operating Income across the portfolio.
- Partner with property owners to align on community goals and objectives.
- Implement cost control measures, revenue enhancement strategies, and delinquency management tactics.
- Develop and execute annual operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
- Train and motivate associates to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings and market competition.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of required reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality (MBA preferred).
- 4-5 years of property management experience as a Regional Manager.
- Advanced bookkeeping and accounting skills.
- Familiarity with current legal responsibilities in property management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- CPM or CAM certification preferred.
- Experience with RealPage/Yardi software preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
