Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Fully Remote)
Location: Remote
Salary: $155,000 - $225,000 per year

Key ResponsibilitiesTransactional Expertise: Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including large loan financing, drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related contracts.
Title and Survey Review: Perform comprehensive title examinations and survey analyses to identify potential issues. Provide strategic advice based on your findings.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough investigations on real estate properties to ensure compliance and uncover any potential liabilities.
Client Counseling: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic legal advice to support their commercial real estate transactions.
Transaction Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, from negotiation to closing, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
Research and Analysis: Stay current with laws, regulations, and industry trends related to commercial real estate financing and title matters. Offer innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior associates and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Collaboration: Work with other practice groups within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
Client Development: Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and build lasting relationships.
QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
At least 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, focusing on large loan financing and title work
Proven track record in managing complex transactions and addressing legal challenges
Strong understanding of real estate financing, including debt and equity structures
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Leadership skills and a collaborative approach
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and building client relationships
