Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral partners, such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
  • Seek out partnership opportunities and build strong business connections through company-sponsored events and direct consumer interactions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
  • Analyze detailed financial and credit information to match consumer needs with suitable loan programs and risk levels.
  • Enhance the company's presence in the marketplace by maintaining high visibility.

Requirements
  • Valid NMLS state license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in external retail mortgage origination with a focus on self-sourced business.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of meeting production standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines, and all aspects of real estate transactions.
